Stuart Rowan PCD

Stuart is the grandson of JR and Alma Johns.  Stuart spent many summers fishing and exploring every corner of Lake Jeffery.  His Father (Earl) and Uncle (Bill) were the  developers of Woodborough.  Stuart was elected President of the Board of Directors (BOD) after the death of Earl Rowan and the retirement of Bill Rowan.  Stuart is committed to maintaining the beauty of Lake Jeffery, and ensuring that the Lake Jeffery Sportsman’s Association (LJSA) is an asset to the local community.  He welcomes your input and looks forward to meeting you.
