- No fishing in the boat ramp access channels.
- No swimming in the boat ramp access channels. (Lake Jeffery does have live alligators. Swimming anywhere in the lake is discouraged.)
- No wake/idle zones within 100 feet of shore must be observed at all times. LJSA and lake access is intended to provide the opportunity to enjoy boating activities related to fishing.

Boat Launching
- In order to preserve the integrity of Lake Jeffery, the load/unload ramp is only partially paved. Exercise extreme caution in loading unloading a vessel.
- Power loading and unloading will severely disturb and alter the ramp profile. Please respect your fellow LJSA members by using “best practice” to load unload your boat.
- Before entering or leaving LJSA property, ensure that boat, trailer, anchor, poling device, tow vehicle and any other object or conveyance that comes into contact with the water are clear of any plant life, living or dead.
- NEVER, under any circumstances, are you to release fish or bait that does not come from Lake Jeffery.
